Canada’s Latest CEC and PNP Draws: Key Highlights for the Canada Express Entry Program
Canada has outlisted its latest Canada Express Entry Draw under the Canadian Experience Class and Provincial Nominee Program inviting a number of candidates to the country.
On November 25, 2025, IRCC has listed out its latest CEC draw, inviting 1000 invitations with a CRS score of 531, making it the lowest since the month of July. While the latest Canada PNP draw invited 777 candidates with a CRS score of 699. Thus far, IRCC has issued a total of 88,476 ITAs in the year 2025.

The latest CEC draw invited 1000 applications and applicants with a score of 531 were invited to apply. The details for the latest draw are as follows:

● Applicants accepted whose profile is created – on UTC (Universal coordinated time) October 8, 2025 before 7:02 p.m.
Canada PNP Draw
The latest PNP draw invited 777 applications with a score of 699. The details for the draw are as follows:
● Total number of invitations – 777
● Minimum CRS (Comprehensive Ranking Score) score –699
● Applicants accepted whose profile is created – on UTC (Universal coordinated time) September 6, 2025 before 1:16 a.m.
Latest Canada Express Entry Draw
The latest Express Entry CEC draw highlighted the requirement of skilled and experienced candidates in the country. This draw was one of the lowest CRS scores for the CEC program. However, this draw was the fifth draw in the month of November and 13th CEC draw of 2025. With a total of 24,850 ITAs issued under the CEC program were announced in the year 2025.
However, the Canada PNP draw highlighted the requirement of skilled professionals in the provinces of the country. Thus far, Canada has listed 22 draws under the PNP program.
