    Visa Type

    Eligibility Requirements

    Short-Term Visit Pass (STVP)

    - Nationality must be from a country eligible for visa-free entry or able to obtain a Visit Pass on arrival.

    - Your passport must be valid and current for at least six months.  

    e-Visa

    - Must be a national of a country requiring a visa before arrival (e.g., India, China).

    - Your passport must be valid and current for at least six months.  

    Multiple-Entry Visa

    - Frequent travel needs for tourism or business purposes.

    - Available primarily for business travelers or those with multiple visit needs.

    - Your passport must be valid and current for at least six months.  

    Social Visit Pass (Long-Term)

    - Applicant is a relative or spouse of a Singapore citizen or permanent resident.

    - Sponsorship or invitation letter from a Singaporean resident.

    - Your passport must be valid and current for at least six months.  

    Documents Required for a Singapore Visa from India

    The following documents are required for a Singapore visit visa for Indians –

    • Duly filled out the visa application form.

    • Passport with 6 months validity at least.

    • Clear photocopy of passport’s first, last, and observation pages.

    • Two recent passport-size color photographs.

    • Copy of passport of the invitee.

    • Six months' bank statement of the applicant.

    • Confirmed return air ticket.

    • The cover letter states the purpose of the visit, date of travel, number of passengers, details of the land itinerary, place of stay in Singapore, and applicant's employment details.

    How to apply for a Singapore Visa?

    If you plan to apply for a Singapore Visa, you must follow the following steps for a successful application. 

    Step 1: Enter your legitimate information in each blank on the form, including your name, address, and passport details. Then, based on your needs, choose one of the processing times. The cost of the Singapore e-Visa may change in response to changes in processing timeframes.

    Step 2: At this point, you must revise and pay as necessary. Ensure all the details are correct and you have entered them all while editing. Your application for a visa may be rejected if you make any mistakes during the procedure.

    Step 3: Uploading a document is the final step. You must now submit the necessary paperwork to support your visa application.

    If more documents are needed, you must submit them and wait for the Singapore e-Visa to be approved by the specified period. 

    Singapore Tourist Visa Fee for Indian Citizens 

    For a successful application for a Singapore Tourist Visa, you must pay the following Singapore Tourist Visa fee to the Immigration Authority of Singapore.

    Accessible for most nationalities on arrival. Some extensions may require a $40 extension fee.

    e-Visa

    Approximately SGD 30 - 40 (around INR 1,800 - 2,400). Fees vary slightly by nationality.

    Multiple-Entry Visa

    SGD 30 - 50 (around INR 1,800 - 4,000) for application. Validity up to 5 years, depending on approval.

    Social Visit Pass (Long-Term)

    SGD 40 - 60 (around INR 2,400 - 3,600), but fees may vary based on the duration and specific case requirements.

    Singapore Visa Processing Time  

    Different processing times apply depending on the visa type and the application location. The maximum processing period for an Indian citizen’s Singaporean visa is 7 to 10 business days.

    It is advised to apply at least 30 days before the departure date, even if it appears that it will just take a week to process. It facilitates processing without stress.
