     Provincial Nominee Program

With a maximum CRS score of 855 on September 29, 2025, IRCC issued a total of 24 draws, inviting 10,898 professionals to the country. With a score range between 700 to 800, PNP program provides additional 600 points to the client’s profile making them eligible for the Canada permanent residents.

    French Language Proficiency

Under the French language proficiency category, IRCC records the lowest CRS scores while inviting a large number of applications, bringing the maximum applications among all other categories. On an average, on every draw during the year 2025, IRCC invited more than 6,000 applications. The huge number of applications indicates the increasing demand for professionals who are fluent in French language as well while thinking of becoming permanent residents of Canada.

    Canadian Experience Class

Considered as the second most common draw with 15 draws during the year, CEC issued a total of 35,850 invitations. With a CRS score of 515 – 547 and a large number of applications, IRCC paid attention towards experienced candidates to be settled as permanent residents of Canada.

    Healthcare and Social Services

With a total of 14,500 invitations and comparably lower CRS scores, the overall invitations underlined the demand of more healthcare professionals in the country.

    Express Entry Draw Analysis

As we bring in analysis to the Express Entry draws, the analysis portrays two different stories. The Provincial Nominee Program withheld the maximum number of draws, i.e, 24, bring in Canadian Experience Class, then French language proficiency and then Healthcare and social services professionals. Whereas if we bring in the analysis for the maximum number of invitations issued in the year 2025, the French language proficiency professionals ranks the first in the category, as it invites 48,000 ITAs during the year. After French language proficiency professionals, the Canadian Experience Class category ranks second on the list while Healthcare professionals and Provincial Nominee Program seconds third and fourth on the list.

In a scenario, where the PNP category ranks higher with the maximum number of draws, it predicts IRCC initiative to invite more and more skilled professionals to the provinces of Canada. The maximum number of draws underline the demand of skilled and competent professionals across Canada. On the other hand, the French language proficiency category invited the maximum number of professionals to the country, highlighting the importance of the French language in Canada and IRCC’s initiative to promote bilingualism in the country.

While taking a contrast to the year 2025 Canada's Immigration level Plan 2026-2028, has brought a new horizon for applicants seeking permanent residency. IRCC has thought of increasing the number of applications for permanent residency in Canada. The increasing demand for skilled and competent professionals, has forced IRCC to increase the number of applications in the year 2026.
