Continuing its momentum with a second consecutive draw, Canada invites applicants from the Francophone community. With 4,000 ITAs, IRCC (Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada) has invited candidates with French language proficiency under the latest Express Entry draw. 

Following the April 14 draw, Canada has yet again conducted its second consecutive draw on April 15, 2026 inviting a significant number of applicants to apply for Canada permanent residency.

The latest Express Entry draw under the French language proficiency category marks to be the fourth draw under the French category whereas twenty-third Express Entry selection of the year 2026. IRCC presents a clear representation of Express Entry draws held in 2026 thus far:

With the frequent and consecutive Express Entry draws in the first quarter of the year 2026, underline Canada’s continuous focus on Francophone immigration outside Quebec.
