Most Canadian provinces or territories conduct draws after certain intervals to attract skilled professionals to suffice the shortage of skilled professionals in their specific provinces. In the month of October, several latest PNP draws were released by the IRCC, underlining the need of skilled professionals in the country.

Canada Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) is a special program that allows skilled professionals to immigrate to specific provinces of Canada, such as Manitoba, Alberta, Ontario, British Columbia, and Prince Edward Island.
