With 6,000 ITAs under the Canadian Experience Class category and 279 ITAs under the Provincial Nominee Program, IRCC (Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada) has announced its latest Canada Express Entry Draw, released a day apart in February 2026.  

On February 17, 2026, Canada released its latest CEC draw, inviting 6,000 ITAs, with the lowest CRS score since 2024. The CRS score of 508, is being considered the lowest in the Canadian Experience Class category since 2024. To be eligible under the latest CEC draws, candidates require:

❖  A Minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS score) of 508

❖  Created the Express Entry candidate profile before 9:35 a.m., Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on March 16, 2025. 

A day before, on February 16, 2026 Canada upheld its latest PNP (Provincial Nominee Program) draw, inviting 279 applications with a CRS score of 789. To be eligible under the latest PNP draws, candidates require:

❖  A Minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS score) of 789

❖  Created the Express Entry candidate profile before 12:59 a.m., Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) on September 5, 2025. 

Canada Express Entry Latest Draw

The latest addition to the Canada Express Entry Draws in the second week of February invited candidates under the PNP and CEC category. This latest CEC draw is considered the third draw under the CEC draw category, inviting 20,000 candidates to the country. By inviting professionals to the country, Canada enables skilled professionals to become permanent residents of Canada.

The latest CEC draw marks the eighth Express Entry draw of the year 2026, the third in the CEC category whereas the latest PNP draw is considered the fourth draw under the Express Entry Draws in 2026.
