Invitation Process for the latest round of invitations for Australia PR visas

The invitation process for Australia PR is dependent upon EOI score points. The procedure is concluded as the highest-ranked EOI by point score will be invited to apply for a visa application before an EOI with a lower points score.

However, if two EOIs have equal points, the date and time of submission of the EOI for a specific subclass, also known as ‘tie-break’ or the ‘date of effect’.
