Germany over the past few years, has faced acute shortage of skilled professionals and to overcome the shortage, Germany has listed out a shortage occupation list, highlighting the need of these listed professionals in Germany.

Immigrating to Germany as a skilled professional through the Germany opportunity Card and working there as a professional for a period of one year, non- EU nationals often find ways to settle as permanent residents of Germany. Applicants with opportunity card can obtain Germany EU Blue Card by securing employment in one of these listed occupations.
