This was the list of total PNP draws held in the month of April, inviting professionals across different occupations. The consecutive 8 draws with Ontario with the maximum number of draws highlight the increasing demand for professionals in the provinces of Canada. This move was also considered crucial for reducing the concentration of immigrants in a specific part of Canada. While it paves the way to equal distribution of immigrants, Canada’s immigration level plan addresses labour shortages. According to Canada's immigration level plan 2026-2028, the country also planned to increase its permanent residency target through the provincial nominee program at a set target of 95,000 applications. These draws are considered to be the positive pathways for professionals who aspire to immigrate to Canada.

Lastly, April remained a highly active month for Canadian immigration so as to invite professionals based on Canada’s labour needs. These frequent draws with bigger invitations, Canada is all set to achieve its long-term targets while strengthening the economy.
