Immigration friendly norms, economic facilities, world- class infrastructure and best healthcare facilities are the major factors that lie behind the motive of immigration. Australia has been a hotspot for the past few years in the immigration sector be it for education or business. Over the past few years Australia has been inviting skilled professionals, students and families, allowing them the legal rights to live and work in Australia as permanent residents and later rewarding them with Australian citizenship.
An Australian PR visa navigates through a structured process, directing applications through Skilled Migration Program such as Subclass 189, Subclass 190, and Subclass 491. Skilled Migration programs, managed by Australian Department of Home Affairs (DHA), invite applications to evaluate their skills, weighing them on certain factors such as 65 points on the grid, the occupation they are applying listed on the Australian Skilled Occupation List, and their skills verified by the Skill Assessment Authority.
Australia PR Calculator
Australian PR calculator is a scoreboard that ranks the applicant’s eligibility for the skilled visas. Applicants applying for the PR, must be eligible for at least 65 points on the point assessment grid. Age, language proficiency, work experience and a few more, are the factors that contribute while calculating 65 points on the grid. Determining this point criteria is the first step in the direction of obtaining an Australian PR Visa.

Educational Qualifications
The point system in the educational qualification section is quite different from others as no two applications are the same. It is completely dependent upon applicant’s highest qualifications achieved till date. Maximum points are attributed if the applicant has achieved a Doctorate Degree that too outside Australia. Partner Skills
Points are allocated distinctively if the applicant's spouse or partner is also applying for the PR. They also require some of the basic requirements to be settled in such as age, skills, and language proficiency.
