- Need to get a minimum of 60 points out of 100 in the SINP point assessment grid.
- Must have completed post-secondary education, an apprenticeship, or training.
- Must have a diploma, certificate, or degree (if studying outside of Canada, submit an academic credential assessment report).
- Must have at least 1 year of full-time work experience in a high-skilled occupation (NOC “0”, “A”, or “B”), which is not on the list of excluded occupations.

Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP)
