    Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) is the provincial nominee program for the province of Saskatchewan. It is specifically designed to attract skilled global talent to live in the province as permanent residents. To be eligible for the PNP, candidates have to get at least 60 points out of 110 in the SINP points calculator.

      What is the application process for Saskatchewan PNP?

      Immigration to Canada through SINP is a two-step process:

      Step 1#: The very first step is to submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) to SINP. Based on selection factors in Saskatchewan PNP point assessment grid, a score will be assigned to your EOI profile. The highest-ranked profiles are then invited to apply for provincial nomination.

      Step 2#: After getting the provincial nomination, candidate can submit their application to the Immigration, Refugees & Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for PR Visa.

      Skilled Work Experience

      In this section, points are awarded to the candidate based on their work experience in a specialized profession (NOC skill level 0, A, or B) over the past 10 years. Two points are for each year of work experience in the past five years and one point for each year in the six to ten years before applying.

      For a candidate to be eligible, she must have one year of full-time paid work experience in the profession she is considering.

      Language Proficiency

      Candidates are awarded for their language proficiency in English or French. To prove their skills, applicants must pass a language exam conducted by a SINP-approved language test, such as IELTS for English and TEF for French.

      The candidate must have a minimum of Level 4 of the Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) to be eligible.

      Minimum Requirements to apply for SINP

      To apply for SINP’s Express Entry – International Skilled Worker category, candidates have to meet the following minimum requirements:

      1. A valid Express Entry Profile Number and Job Seeker Validation Code.
      2. Prove language proficiency by passing a language exam conducted by a designated testing agency such as the IELTS for the English language and the TEF for the French language;
      3. Completed minimum of one year of post-secondary education or training (diploma, diploma, or certificate) equivalent to the Canadian education system;
      4. The minimum level of work experience required in an occupation classified under NOC skill level 0, A or B, and the occupation must be in-demand in the province;
      5. In the event that the profession is regulated in the province, the candidate must have a respective certification or license;
      6. A sufficient amount of settlement funds and a settlement plan;
      7. A minimum of 60 points out of 110 on the SINP points evaluation grid;
