Germany is the largest economy in Europe. Germany, officially known as the Federal Republic of  Germany, is situated in Central Europe.   • IELTS/ German is not Mandatory

The visa application fee is only Euro 75. There are two ways to apply for an Opportunity Card.

Option 1 - Your Degree/Post-secondary Diploma is fully recognized in Germany

No IELTS/ German is required to apply under this option. Fresh graduates can also apply through this option.

Option 2- Your Degree/Post Secondary diploma is recognized in the country where it was studied. Applicants need to score a minimum of 6 points as per the Skill Points grid. Points are calculated on various factors, including Age, Education, Past Experience, English or German language, Occupation code, Spouse skill set, etc.

Having a valid visa or working right increases the chances of immediate job Offer letters from employers. Employers are more happy to offer candidates having valid working rights or can join on an immediate basis. I always recommend applying for a valid visa before applying for jobs.

Job Search Through Various Portals

Another proven way to get a job in Germany is to apply through registered and popular job portals. These job portals play a vital role in connecting employers with skilled employees. Various employers regularly post on these portals, and candidates can apply for relevant jobs. Only legitimate employers may post vacancies on these job portals.
