      What is Skilled Occupation List New Zealand? 

      The Skilled Occupation List New Zealand is a framework used by the New Zealand immigration authority to identify occupations that are facing shortage of skilled professionals. The SOL List New Zealand is majorly divided into following categories: 


      Long Term Skill Shortage List (LTSSL) 

      Regional Skill Shortage List

      Construction and Infrastructure Skill Shortage List (CISSL)


      The occupations listed on the New Skilled Occupation List is divided based on the following criteria such as required qualifications, work experience, and any licensing or registration required to practice it in New Zealand.

      Long-Term Skill Shortage List (LTSSL) 

      LTSSL New Zealand occupation in demand list includes occupations that are in demand in New Zealand and have a shortage of skilled workers locally. If your occupation is on this list and you meet the relevant criteria, you may be eligible for certain work and resident visas.
