    The following conditions must be met to apply for the Newfoundland and Labrador express entry skilled worker program:

    To apply for the Newfoundland and Labrador skilled worker stream, you are required to fulfil the following eligibility requirements.

    - A valid JVA (without an alternate authorisation or work permit).

    - A minimum of 30 hours per week for one year, with the possibility of an extension.

    Salary or hourly wage; no commission-based pay.

    Qualifications for the job

    Candidates must fulfil the employment requirements of the NOC code, which include obtaining the required education, training, and certification.

    Must show that they are a legitimate immigrant with at least four months left on their permit.

    Settlement intention

    Make plans to move to Newfoundland and Labrador with your family members.

    To apply for Newfoundland and Labrador’s international graduate category, you should meet the following requirements:

    - The employer must be qualified and adhere to wage rules.

    Net worth

    A minimum of CAD 600,000 in easily transferable personal and commercial assets that are not encumbered.

    Investment requirement

    Establishing a firm in Newfoundland and Labrador requires a minimum of CAD 200,000 in personal contribution, with at least 33.3% ownership or $1 million in equity investment.

    Job creation

    Provide a resident (a Canadian citizen or permanent resident) with at least one comparable full-time position.

    Business type

    A business needs to be a for-profit company that makes money by selling goods and services.

    Experience

    - Minimum 2 years of experience running a company for at least 25% of the last five years, OR 

    - Five or more years of senior business management experience within the previous ten years.

    The office of immigration and multiculturalism will send you an invitation to apply when you submit an online EOI.

    1. NL graduate entreprenuer 

    To apply for Newfoundland and Labrador’s graduate entrepreneur stream, you must fulfil the following requirements:

    Make plans to own and actively run a company that generates substantial economic benefits for the province of Newfoundland and Labrador while relocating there permanently.

    At least one year of consistent experience running and controlling the company, with at least 33.3% of the business.

    Job creation

    Show that you can provide inhabitants (Canadian citizens or permanent residents) with at least one full-time equivalent job.

    Apply for Newfoundland and Labrador provincial nominee program

    To successfully apply for the Newfoundland and Labrador PNP program, you must follow the following steps:

    1. Making sure you fulfil the qualifying standards of the Newfoundland and Labrador provincial nominee program is one of the first stages in applying for the PNP program.
    2. If you meet the eligibility criteria of the Newfoundland and Labrador immigration program, you must select the NLPNP stream for which you want to apply. 
    3. Send an expression of interest to show your intention to reside in the province and contribute to its economy. 
    4. If your EOI is successfully accepted, the province's immigration authority will send you the NOI(notification of Interest) to show an interest in your application. 
    5. Now, create an account by visiting the official website, NLPNP. 
    6. After that, you have to provide complete details about yourself along with documents. 
    7. The Immigration authority will review the information you provide. If your profile is chosen, you will receive an ITA (Invitation to Apply).
    8. After that, you will have 60 days to submit a complete application along with your documents and all information. 
    9. You will get the COPR(Confirmation of Permanent Residency) if selected.
