Hongkong Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS Visa)
The Quality Migrant Admission Scheme (QMAS) visa was introduced in February 2006. The Hong Kong Quality Migrant Admission Scheme is a points-based scheme where you need to score 80/195 points in the General Test or 195 Points in the Achievement Based Points Test. The points are calculated based on your age, qualification, work experience, language proficiency and dependants.

1- Point based Test :
Prevailing minimum passing mark is 80.
2 – Age :
18 years or above.
3 – Financial requirement :
Capable to supporting and accommodating he / she and his /her dependents, on his/her own financial resources without relying on public assistance during the stay in Hong Kong.
4 – Good character :
No criminal record or adverse immigration record in Hong Kong or elsewhere
5 – Language proficiency :

6 – Qualification :
Good education background, normally a first degree from a recognized university or a tertiary educational institution.
7 – National :
The Scheme is not applicable to nationals of Afghanistan, Cambodia, Cuba, Laos, Korea (Democratic People’s Republic of), Nepal and Vietnam.
