New Update About UK Immigration System by 2025

2. Visa holders should follow the instructions to create a UKVI account when contacted through email or in a decision letter.
3. Individuals should submit a “no time limit” application if they currently show their rights using a different type of physical document and have indefinite leave to enter or remain. If this application is approved to demonstrate the applicant’s rights, the Home Office will issue a BRP. Once the BRP has been received, the person can access their eVisa by creating a UKVI account.
4. On the UKVI guidance page, people can sign up to receive updates regarding when they can obtain their eVisa.
5. There is no fee associated with opening a UKVI account.
6. Once they have formed a UKVI account, visa holders can access their eVisa data online, including the type of permit, the expiration date, and any limitations on their stay in the UK.
7. A person’s eVisa will be connected to their passport in their UKVI account. People must keep their passport details up to date in their UKVI account to guarantee that their immigration status can be promptly confirmed at the UK border.
